Beef Curry Ready to Cook

Our Premium Frozen Range of authentic Durban Curry eliminates the challenges of preparation and cooking time. Our entire range is premixed with almost all the ingredients including oil, salt and curry leaves. Just add water and potatoes and simmer to perfection.
Cooking Instructions
- Add 250ml of Boiling Water to the Pot.
- Add Frozen Contents and Cook on Medium Heat.
- As the Curry thickens add more boiling water to prevent scorching. (QUANTITY TO GRAVY PREFERENCE)
- When the meat is tender add potatoes and allow the curry to cook on medium heat.
- THE TOTAL RECOMMENDED COOKING TIME IS 45-60 MINUTES.(COOK TIME MAY VARY ON GAS OR ELECTRIC STOVES)
- When the desired texture and consistency is reached turn the heat off and garnish with fresh coriander.
